Chest Vapor Rub

Eucalyptus - great expectorant, helps open airways and ease congestion, can help reduce fever.

Lemon - helps open airways and loosen coughs, helps
ease sore throat.

Lavender - promotes deep relaxation and helps with getting a good night's sleep, helps with pain and headache relief.

Pine - high in vitamin C, has expectorant, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties that can help relieve congestion and soothe a sore throat.

This formulation is recommended for those ages 10 and up due to the concentration of essential oils.
